Jio Financial Services appoints PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP as auditors for three years

Jio Financial Services Limited announced at its Annual General Meeting on August 26, 2026, the appointment of PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors for three years, replacing Lodha & Co LLP, which ceased to be auditors at the meeting’s conclusion. Additionally, Jio Financial Services re-appointed Hitesh Kumar Sethia as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a further five years, effective November 15, 2026.
