LAPL Automotive’s board approved FY26 report, schedules AGM for September 2026

LAPL Automotive Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved the company's report for the financial year 2025-2026 and scheduled its 22nd Annual General Meeting for September 18, 2026, via video conference or other audio-visual means, with August 21, 2026, set as the cut-off date for shareholders. The company also appointed FCS Himanshu Surendrakumar Gupta of M/s. Himanshu S K Gupta and Associates as scrutinizer for e-voting at the AGM and appointed M/s Himanshu S K Gupta & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for the fiscal year 2026-27.
