OnEMI Technology Solutions Limited, formerly known as OnEMI Technology Solutions Private Limited, announced that its board of directors approved an alteration to the company’s Memorandum of Association, subject to member approval at the Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2026. The changes, intended to align with the company's evolving technology-enabled offerings in the financial services ecosystem, will include substituting an existing sub-clause and inserting two new sub-clauses related to technology platforms, information processing, and outsourcing services.
