K Raheja Corp Private Limited, a member of the sponsor group of Mindspace Business Parks REIT, disclosed the release and creation of encumbrances on its holdings of REIT units. Specifically, K Raheja Corp Private Limited released a pledge on 1,20,85,747 units, representing 1.82% of the total outstanding units, on August 24, 2026, reducing its encumbered units as a percentage of total units held to 33.02% from a previous level. Simultaneously, the company created a pledge on the same number of units, 1,20,85,747, representing 1.82% of outstanding units, with a period of encumbrance up to September 15, 2041, in favor of IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited, security trustee for lender ICICI Bank Limited, for business purposes.
