Trident Lifeline’s board approved FY26 report and scheduled AGM for September 26, 2026

Trident Lifeline Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the company’s report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, convened the 13th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 26, 2026, and recommended the reappointment of Mr. Hardik Jigishkumar Desai, who retires by rotation, subject to member approval. The company’s register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 19, 2026, to September 26, 2026, and appointed CS Mehul Amareliya of M/s. Amareliya & Associates as the scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
