Ajax Engineering Limited’s board approved allotment of shares under its employee stock option plan

Ajax Engineering Limited, formerly known as Ajax Engineering Private Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 4,516 equity shares of Rs 1 each to an eligible employee under the ‘Ajax Engineering Limited (Formerly known as Ajax Engineering Private Limited) Employee Stock Option Plan 2024’ on August 26, 2026, increasing the company's paid-up share capital from Rs 11,44,06,800 to Rs 11,44,11,316.
