RKD Agri and Retail Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM to consider and approve the resignation of the current statutory auditor, the appointment of a new statutory auditor, and the revised Annual General Meeting notice along with the directors’ report and its annexures for fiscal year 2025-2026.
