Crescentis Capital shareholders approved financials and re-appointed directors at their AGM

Crescentis Capital Limited, formerly known as Som Datt Finance Corporation Limited, held its 33rd Annual General Meeting on August 26, 2026, via video conferencing, where shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed Mr. Bhavanam Ruthvik Reddy and Mr. Subba Rao Veeravenkata Meka to their respective positions as Whole-Time Director & Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for a period of five years.
