Indo Thai Securities revises record date to September 12, 2026, for dividend eligibility

Indo Thai Securities Limited revised the record date to Saturday, 12th September, 2026, for determining the entitlement of members to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, according to a regulatory filing on August 26th, 2026. The company also revised the cut-off date to Saturday, 12th September, 2026, for determining the eligibility of members entitled to vote through remote e-voting as well as at the AGM.
