MFL India Limited to convene board meeting to approve reports and appointments

MFL India Limited will hold a board meeting on September 1, 2026, to approve the Director Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and to recommend the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Thukral, and the appointment of CS Shubhani Gupta as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years, among other matters, according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. The board will also consider the resignation of CS Priyanka Agarwal and the appointment of M/s APJ & Co. as Internal Auditor for the financial years 2025-26, 2026-27 and 2027-28, and will consider a change in the category of Mr. Anil Thukral from “Professional Director” to “Promoter Director”.
