The company appointed Sachin Gupta as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective August 26, 2026, and Rupal Mittal as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26, also effective August 26, 2026. Additionally, Stellar Capital Services appointed Ruchi Chordia and Priyanka Sisodiya as Additional Directors and Non-Executive Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval.
