Aye Finance Limited, formerly Aye Finance Private Limited, announced the appointment of Anuj Jain as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer, effective August 26, 2026. The Board of Directors designated Jain as a Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
