Vellora Impact Limited, formerly known as Pratiksha Chemicals Limited, announced that its Board of Directors approved the draft Directors’ Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and decided to hold the company’s 35th Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. at its registered office in Ahmedabad, with Mrs. Shubhangi Rajkumar Agarwal appointed as the scrutinizer, and remote e-voting will be available from September 15, 2026, at 09:00 AM to September 17, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. for shareholders holding shares as of September 11, 2026.
