Baid Finserv promoter group converts warrants, receives Rs 8.16 crore for equity share allotment

Baid Finserv Limited announced that Dalima Baid, Aditya Baid, Asmita Baid, and Alpana Baid, all members of the promoter group, converted 72,04,099 warrants into an equal number of equity shares, resulting in the allotment of 72,04,099 shares at a premium of Rs 13.10 per share. The total consideration received by the company for this allotment was Rs 8,15,86,421, equivalent to Rs 11.325 per warrant. Consequently, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital increased to Rs 32,41,84,412, and the promoter group's shareholding rose from 47.39% to 49.73% of the total issued capital.
