Hero MotoCorp Limited announced that Ather Energy Limited has allotted 76,19,047 convertible warrants to the company on a preferential basis for an aggregate subscription amount of Rs 959,99,99,220, with an initial payment of Rs 239,99,99,805, according to a regulatory filing.
