GSS Infotech Limited’s board will meet August 28 to discuss AGM details and director appointments

GSS Infotech Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 28, 2026, to consider the approval of the date, time, and notice of its 23rd Annual General Meeting, the appointment of a retiring director, and the re-appointment of Mr. Chaitanya Challa as Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term. The board will also consider the appointment of a scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, M/s Gopi and Co as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, and address the fixing of book closure and remote e-voting, among other agenda items.
