Welgrow Hotels increases stake in Manmeera Hospitality LLP to 99% via agreement

Gourmet Gateway India Limited, formerly known as Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited, announced that its step-down subsidiary, Welgrow Hotels Concepts Private Limited, has increased its partnership stake in Manmeera Hospitality LLP from 49% to 99% through a Second Supplementary LLP Agreement executed on August 25, 2026. The reconstitution, which does not specify a separate consideration for the incremental partnership interest beyond Rs 37.50 lakh retirement consideration payable to two retiring partners, consolidates Welgrow’s partnership interest in Manmeera Hospitality LLP, an LLP engaged in the hospitality business.
