CWD Limited re-appointed Pravin Kharwa, approved transactions up to Rs 150 crore

CWD Limited’s board approved the re-appointment of Pravin Bansilal Kharwa as a Non-executive Independent Director for a five-year term, appointed M/s Makwana Sweta & Associates as Internal Auditor for the financial year ending March 2027, and approved related-party transactions not exceeding Rs 150 crore. The company also allotted 11,013 equity shares through the conversion of warrants and an additional 44,052 equity shares via a bonus issue in a 4:1 ratio, increasing its paid-up capital from Rs 22,75,98,000 to Rs 22,81,48,050.
