Shree Hari Chemicals Export Limited announced that its board of directors re-appointed Bankesh Chandra Agrawal as Chairman & Managing Director for three years effective November 11, 2026, and re-appointed Sarthak Agarwal and Nihit Agarwal as Whole Time Directors for the same period, all subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board re-appointed Shri Ram Gupta as an Independent Director for a second five-year term effective September 29, 2026, and appointed Amrut Urkude as an Additional Independent Director for five years effective August 25, 2026, also pending shareholder approval.
