CWD Limited re-appointed Pravin Kharwa, approved related party transactions up to Rs 150 crore

CWD Limited’s board approved the re-appointment of Pravin Bansilal Kharwa as a Non-executive Independent Director for a five-year term, appointed M/s Makwana Sweta & Associates as Internal Auditor for the financial year ending March 2027, and approved related party transactions not exceeding Rs 150 crore. The company also allotted 11,013 equity shares through the conversion of warrants and an additional 44,052 equity shares via a bonus issue in a 4:1 ratio, increasing its paid-up capital from Rs 22,75,97,000 to Rs 22,81,48,050.
