Citadel Realty transfers land to Shree S S Infra, aiming to boost shareholder value

Citadel Realty and Developers Limited announced that its board approved the transfer of a freehold land parcel measuring 1880.80 square meters in Bhandup to a related party, Shree S S Infra Developers Private Limited, subject to shareholder approval; the transaction, valued at 30% of Citadel Realty and Developers Limited’s annual consolidated turnover, will occur at market value or stamp duty value and is intended to improve cash flow and increase shareholder value.
