Prataap Snacks Limited announced it has acquired 99.95% of the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of RLOP Food Processing Private Limited on August 25, 2026, making the Target Company a subsidiary, with the company intending to acquire the remaining 0.05% shareholding to make it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
