Carysıl Limited’s board proposes a Rs 3 per share dividend at the September 22 meeting

Carysil Limited will hold its 39th Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. (IST) via video conferencing, and the company’s board has recommended a dividend of 150%, or Rs 3 per share of Rs 2 each, for fiscal year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval; the company’s register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 16, 2026, to September 22, 2026, with September 15, 2026, set as the record date and cut-off date for e-voting.
