Pankaj Polymers shareholders approved issuing equity shares and warrants on a preferential basis

Pankaj Polymers Limited announced that its shareholders approved a special resolution at an extraordinary general meeting on August 22, 2026, to issue up to 8,55,000 equity shares at Rs 81 per share to the Non-Promoter category and up to 22,20,000 warrants at Rs 81 per warrant to the Promoter Group and Non-Promoter category, both on a preferential basis.
