Ishwarshakti Holdings plans board meeting to consider share capital increase and AGM

Ishwarshakti Holdings & Traders Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, September 02, 2026, to consider and approve an increase in the company’s authorised share capital and a consequential alteration in clause 5 of its Memorandum of Association, subject to shareholder approval, as well as to consider and approve the proposal for convening the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the draft Notice of the AGM.
