Sandhar Technologies sets September 11 as record date for a Rs 4.00 final dividend

Sandhar Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board has fixed September 11, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement of members eligible for a final dividend of Rs 4.00, or 40.00%, per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for the financial year 2025-26, with the company’s share transfer books and register of members remaining closed from September 12, 2026, to September 22, 2026.
