IIFL Capital Services Limited’s committee granted 372,320 equity shares to employees

IIFL Capital Services Limited, formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 3,72,320 equity shares to employees on August 25, 2026, through the exercise of stock options under the IIFL Securities Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2018, increasing the company's equity base from 314,806,543 to 315,178,863 shares.
