Lactose (India) Limited reappointed AMS & Co. as internal auditors for 2026-2027

Lactose (India) Limited informed the BSE on August 25, 2026, that its board approved the reappointment of M/s. AMS & Co. Chartered Accountants as internal auditors for the financial year 2026-2027, and appointed Alpesh A. Lakeshri as cost auditor for the same period, succeeding M/s. Kirit Mehta & Co. The board also approved the company’s director’s report for the financial year 2025-2026, remuneration for Managing Director Mr. Atul Maheshwari and Whole Time Director Mrs. Sangita Maheshwari, and related party transactions.
