Radiant Cash Management Services Limited will hold its 21st Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 16th September 2026, at 3:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means, and has fixed Thursday, 10th September 2026, as the Record Date for determining entitlement to a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, as recommended by the board of directors on 29th May 2026.
