Nakoda Group to convene board meeting August 29 to approve annual general meeting details

Nakoda Group of Industries Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at the company's registered office to consider and approve the Notice of the 13th Annual General Meeting, the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, the date, time, and mode of the 13th Annual General Meeting, the Book Closure/Record Date and Cut-off Date, and the re-appointment of Mr. Jayesh Choudhary as Executive Director and Mr. Pravin Choudhary as Managing Director, both subject to member approval.
