HMA Agro Industries Limited has appointed M/s VAA & Associates, a firm of Chartered Accountants, as its statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the 23rd Annual General Meeting, subject to member approval at the ensuing annual general meeting. The appointment was approved by the company's Audit Committee and Board of Directors and is based on the firm's experience in conducting audits for listed entities and other assurance assignments.
