AU Small Finance Bank increases equity capital via employee stock option exercises

AU Small Finance Bank Limited announced on August 25, 2026, that it has allotted 6,47,261 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, following the exercise of an equivalent number of Employee Stock Options under ESOPs 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2023, increasing the bank’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 7,49,93,08,350 to Rs 7,50,57,80,960.
