Modern Dairies Limited announced the allotment of 16,00,000 equity shares to promoters and a promoter group following the conversion of warrants, receiving Rs 6,00,00,000 in consideration. The allotment involved Mr. Krishan Kumar Goyal, Mrs. Alka Goyal, and M/s. Mala Builders Private Limited, who exercised options on 8,00,000, 4,00,000, and 4,00,000 warrants respectively. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to 3,00,19,861 shares, totaling Rs 30,01,98,610.
