Equilateral Enterprises Limited, formerly known as Surya Industrial Corporation Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 2, 2026, at its corporate office in Surat to consider matters including the re-appointment of Mr. Kartik Sharadkumar Mehta, approval of related party transactions, re-appointment of a statutory auditor, and the re-appointment of Mr. Pratik Kumar Sharadkumar Mehta as Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval.
