Reetech International expands scope to include real estate and logistics park development

Reetech International Limited, formerly known as Reetech International Cargo and Courier Limited, announced that its board of directors approved an alteration to the company’s Memorandum of Association on August 25, 2026, by inserting additional object Clause III(A) to include activities related to real estate and land trading, as well as the conceptualization, development, and management of logistics parks, warehousing facilities, and industrial parks.
