Shivalik Rasayan Limited convened an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on August 20, 2026, at Hotel Saffron Leaf in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, where shareholders approved resolutions including the issuance of up to 372,000 equity shares to the public and up to 948,000 fully convertible warrants to the promoter group and public, with voting results to be communicated after receiving the scrutinizer’s report.
