Smartworks board appoints Deshmukh and Agarwal as directors for five years

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited announced that its board approved the appointment of Dilip Deshmukh and Rajeev Krishnamuralilal Agarwal as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a term of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved a scheme to reduce the company’s share capital by utilizing Rs 385.62 crore from its Securities Premium Account to offset accumulated losses, a move that will not affect the face value or number of shares held by shareholders.
