Oswal Greentech appoints BGMG & Associates as statutory auditor for five years

Oswal Greentech Limited appointed BGMG & Associates (Chartered Accountants) as its statutory auditor, effective August 24, 2026, to fill a casual vacancy and for a term of five consecutive years until the conclusion of the company’s 49th Annual General Meeting in 2031. The company’s board also approved the directors' report, draft notice, and set the dates for the register of members and share transfer books closure from September 22, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for its 44th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 29, 2026, via video conferencing. Additionally, Oswal Greentech appointed M/s Anuj Gupta & Associates as the scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
