Asian Warehousing re-appoints Bhavik Bhimjyani as Chairman and Managing Director for 3 years

Asian Warehousing Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Bhavik Bhimjyani as Chairman and Managing Director for a period of 3 years, effective February 25, 2027, up to February 24, 2030, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved a remuneration of Rs 5,00,000 per month for Mr. Bhimjyani, and approved a material related party transaction involving a payment of up to Rs 28,20,000 per annum to Mr. Vishnu Singh, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, also subject to shareholder approval.
