Golden Crest Education & Services Limited announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Yogesh Lama as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, and the appointment of Naresh Prasad Sah and Mr. Rajesh Gupta as a Non-Executive Independent Director and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, respectively, at the company’s 43rd Annual General Meeting held on August 24, 2026.
