Inox Green Energy Services completes share allotment as per tribunal-approved scheme

Inox Green Energy Services Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the ‘IRSL Committee of the Board of Directors for Operations’ of Inox Renewable Solutions Limited allotted a total of 4,89,82,030 fully paid equity shares of Rs 10 each to eligible shareholders of Inox Green Energy Services Limited, as per a share exchange ratio outlined in a scheme of arrangement sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, on March 13, 2026, with a record date of August 1, 2026.
