Oswal Agro Mills Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of BGMG & Associates (Chartered Accountants) as the statutory auditor, filling a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mehta Chokshi & Shah LLP, and for a term of five consecutive years until the conclusion of the company’s 51st annual general meeting in 2031. The company will hold its 46th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, via video conferencing, and the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 29, 2026.
