The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited will consider a proposal to buy back fully paid-up equity shares at a board meeting on August 27, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, as amended; the trading window for securities transactions will be closed from August 25, 2026, to August 29, 2026.
