SRM Energy schedules AGM for September 22, 2026, approving Directors Report

SRM Energy Limited announced that its board of directors approved the company’s Directors Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and scheduled the 39th Annual General Meeting for September 22, 2026, at 11:30 AM (IST) via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The board also approved the closure of the register of members and share transfer books from September 15, 2026, to September 22, 2026, and appointed Mr. Hemant Shetye, or Mr. Kunal Sakpal, as the scrutinizer for the annual general meeting, while Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) will facilitate the e-voting process.
