Syngene International Limited announced an investment of Rs 25.20 crore in Ampin C&I Power Twelve Private Limited to acquire a 12.44% stake, representing 25,20,000 equity shares at Rs 10 per share, with the allotment expected within 30 days. The acquisition, which does not constitute a related-party transaction, will enable Syngene to enhance renewable power consumption, reduce energy costs, and advance its decarbonization goals, aligning with the company’s renewable energy objectives.
