Ltd. will hold its 78th Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. through video conferencing and other audio-visual means, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited on August 24, 2026; the board also approved placing a resolution before members at the meeting to consider the removal of Shri Ananta Mohan Singh as Director, as proposed by shareholder Amrex Marketing Private Limited, and noted comments from the Comptroller and Auditor General of India on the company’s financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026.
