Swashthik Plascon Limited informed the BSE SME Platform Department of Corporate Services that its Board of Directors approved the director’s report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the notice for the 15th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 23, 2026, at 02:30 PM in Puducherry. The board also appointed M/s Dilip Swarnkar & Associates as Scrutinizer for the AGM’s voting process and fixed September 16, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining eligible voters.
