Shanti Gold International Limited announced that its rights issue, which opened on August 14, 2026, and closed on August 21, 2026, has been completed with the allotment of 46,43,471 fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of Rs 215 per share, including a premium of Rs 205 per share, as approved by the company’s board of directors in a meeting held on August 24, 2026, in consultation with Aryaman Financial Services Limited, Big share Services Private Limited, and BSE Limited.
