Can Fin Homes Ltd. will seek shareholder approval at a board meeting on Saturday, August 29, 2026, to borrow or raise funds through the issuance of secured and unsecured non-convertible debentures and/or non-convertible subordinated debt Tier-II debentures, up to a total amount of Rs 5,000 crore on a private placement basis, and to approve a Key Information Document for the proposed issuance of secured, redeemable, non-cumulative, taxable non-convertible debentures aggregating up to Rs 900 crore (Tranche-I) on a private placement basis.
