MPS Pharmaa Limited, formerly known as Advik Laboratories Limited, will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at its corporate office in New Delhi to, among other items, approve the notice calling the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26 and to consider the Director’s Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report & Corporate Governance Report for the same period.
